Orange Chicken or Shrimp using Brosmore's Pepper Patch's Orange Habanero Pepper Jelly
2 lbs of cubed chicken or 2 lbs shelled shrimp
one 8 oz jar of Brosmore's Pepper Patch Orange Habanero Horseradish Pepper Jelly
3 tbs soy sauce
5 tbs sesame oil
one chopped head of fresh broccoli
saute chicken or shrimp in 2 tbs of sesame oil until cooked thru add broccoli and saute until almost tender add jar of orange habanero horseradish jellly with soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir Fry until sauce is hot.
Serve with Rice or Noodles
If you want breading on your chicken or shrimp use a tempura batter when cooking the chicken or shrimp, remove from wok, cook the broccoli add the chicken or shrimp back and spoon the jelly on top to finish cooking
