Roasted Beets with Orange Habanero Horseradish Pepper Jelly by Brosmore's Pepper Patch
Preheat oven to 375
Quarter beets to approx the same size
spray cookie sheet with Pam or use parchment paper
start with 4 oz of Orange Habaner Horseradish Pepper Jelly and thin down by microwaving 30 secends on high
Brush beats on all sides with Pepper Jelly and bake until Beets are tender
Use the remaining 4 oz of the 8 oz jar of Pepper Jelly heat 30-45 seconds in microwave and stir 1/4 cup Canola oil or if you want a Asian flavor use Sesame Oil.
Peel Beets and chop , serve over green salad, kale salad or a fruit salad. Drizzle the Pepper Jelly mixed with the oil for dressing. Remaining dressing can be refrigerated for later use. Roasted beets can be refrigerated seperately or in the salad dressing.

You can use any flavor of Brosmore's Pepper Patch jellly in your recipes replacing mayo to cut the fat. Turkey sandwich with Cranberry Jalapeno Pepper Jelly. Ham with Pineapple Horseradish Pepper Jelly. Try your crab cakes using the Strawberry Jalapeno Pepper Jelly instead of Mayo, who doesn't love the sweet heat.

Cranberry Jalapeño Chicken dip-
1 8oz pk cream cheese, 1 jar Cranberry Jalapeno Pepper jelly and 1 cup fine chopped chicken or turkey ( if using canned drain and use white meat only chicken), extra's optional 1/4 cup dried cranberries and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. Heat together cream cheese, Cranberry Jalapeno Jelly and chicken in microwave and mix until cream cheese is smooth. Optional top with dried cranberries and walnuts, can be served warm or cold with a good crusty french bread
Orange Chicken or Shrimp using Brosmore's Pepper Patch's Orange Habanero Pepper Jelly
2 lbs of cubed chicken or 2 lbs shelled shrimp
one 8 oz jar of Brosmore's Pepper Patch Orange Habanero Horseradish Pepper Jelly
3 tbs soy sauce
5 tbs sesame oil
one chopped head of fresh broccoli
saute chicken or shrimp in 2 tbs of sesame oil until cooked thru add broccoli and saute until almost tender add jar of orange habanero horseradish jellly with soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir Fry until sauce is hot.
Serve with Rice or Noodles
If you want breading on your chicken or shrimp use a tempura batter when cooking the chicken or shrimp, remove from wok, cook the broccoli add the chicken or shrimp back and spoon the jelly on top to finish cooking
