East appetizer using Pepper Jelly 

Prep time 15 minutes
Cook time 20-25 minutes oven
1+ hour in crock pot

Preheat oven to 350

Crock pot on low add 1 jar of any flavor Jalapeno Pepper Jelly ( I use a crockpot liner bag for easy clean up) you can melt the jelly in microwave for 30 seconds at a time till liquid but be careful the Jelly will be HOT

1 lb breakfast sausage 
2  cups Biscquick Baking Mix
1 cup Sharp Cheese

Mix together and form into meatballs and bake 20-25 minutes

Drop sausage balls in crockpot and gently stir to cover meatballs and on low heat for 1 hour so the meatballs have time to asorb the Pepepr Jelly.  If your in a hurry you can serve the meatballs with the jelly on the side as a dipping sauce.

You can use any flavor of Cheese, add chopped green onions to the meatball mix, use any flavor of sausage, chicken orr pork but it must be ground
